1 A fatal automobile collision upon the Will Rogers Turnpike in 1958 culminated in the deceaseds administratrix recovering a substantial judgment for damages, entered upon a jury verdict against the defendants, National Trailer Convoy, Inc. and its agent, Wix, and the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority. That judgment was affirmed by this Court on July 17, 1962. See National Trailer Convoy, Inc. v.
